[dis]Comfort Food
This program is presented in October 2021 by iii with financial support from Creative Industries Fund NL, the Municipality of the Hague. dis[Comfort] Food is a collaborative project between me and Laila Snevele and our chef Emre Ozakat. Visitors were invited to experience dining with new tools developed by us. Four courses of small appetizers were served along with performative showcasing of the dining tools.
